Beginning with product concept and carrying through to series production, TSM tests and verifies products against known and anticipated usage parameters, with closed-loop feedback driving ongoing quality improvement.
Our testing begins upfront, during the product design stage. We simulate production tools and processes before they are built, and conduct physical testing of prototypes. We subsequently test production samples using technologies such as X-Ray and FLPI, as well as 3D scanning, and other mechanical means. Moving into production, we test product 100% for features such as:
Leak rate and flow rate
Assembly torque
Electronic connection and function
Proper and complete assembly
Press-in force
