Machining

TSM's advanced design and technical skills not only provide design for manufacturability (DFM), but accounts for efficient machining. Our technical staff has extensive experience in launching critical production powertrain, driveline, chassis programs. 

We also have the ability to adapt our DFM techniques to both high-volume and low-volume programs while retaining precise tolerances. This includes the machining of a variety of materials, such as aluminum, iron, steel, and other hard-to-machine materials. 

We currently utilize flexible and dedicated machining centers and specialized machines in the following functions:
